At Argentumware GmbH, our employees come first. We create a pleasant working environment with flexible working hours, which are recorded in a working time account. Tasks can be completed flexibly from home or at freely selectable times in the office. Parents particularly benefit from this flexibility and can bring their children to the office if necessary.
Our flat hierarchies enable employees to make suggestions directly to the management and propose individual further qualifications. Training costs are covered by the company wherever possible.
In the next two to five years, we plan to take on the first trainees, supported by a family atmosphere and individual support.
